John has been supporting Forever Manchester since 2016 and has recently taken on the role of Vice President having been an Ambassador for a couple of years. John is a Partner at Castlefield which is an investment management and financial planning business established in Manchester in 2002, initially to look after charity clients.
Having lived in Manchester all of his life John says that:
“Working in financial services, where people often talk in thousands and millions, it is great to contribute to grass roots activity across our local communities”. John also adds that “when I found a charity that supports the communities of the ten boroughs of Greater Manchester, I just had to get involved to help in any small way that I could”.
Despite being a proud Mancunian John can’t quite explain why he’s never been on a Manchester Tram!
