The Printworks and Hard Rock Café have raised an additional £1,270 for Forever Manchester to fund and support community activity across Greater Manchester.
As part of their #LiveFromTheHive project, which saw a number of bee hives installed on the roof of The Printworks, the subsequent honey produced from the 60,000 bees has been jarred and sold to help raise money to help us fund and support community activity across Greater Manchester.
They have previously raised £1,359 from their ‘Adopt a Bee’ campaign and we are Buzzin’ that they have helped us out again!
Back in November 2017, the public was given the chance to adopt a bee and give it a name with a special notice going on the wall at The Printworks. The response was fantastic and showed how much this insect means to the people of Greater Manchester.
