Forever Manchester recognises that the Covid-19 outbreak will have a significant impact on the communities we work with over the coming weeks and months. During this time we will be here for those we work with in whatever way we can.

First and foremost, we want to offer reassurance that we know this is not business as usual. We know activities may need to be halted and that some of you may want to change what you’re doing to help your local community.

Like everyone, we are adapting daily to this situation and we are currently considering the advice and support we can offer. We will keep you updated via our website and by email.

In the meantime, if your community, project or group is funded by Forever Manchester please be assured that we support any changes you need to make to planned activity.

Suspending or postponing activities

If you need to stop or postpone funded activities for a while, just let us know by emailing us at awards@forevermanchester.com or ring us on 0161 214 0940.

We are happy for you to take a break from ongoing activities and start-up again when you feel it is safe to do so. If you have received funding for a one-off event which needs to be postponed to a later date, not a problem. We don’t expect you to be able to tell us how long you will be suspending or postponing activities for at this stage.

Changing activity

If you have received an Award for a specific activity or project and wish to use the money instead to respond to a need in your community caused by the covid-19 outbreak, please email us on awards@forevermanchester.com or ring us on 0161 214 0940. We will consider all requests for such change of spend as quickly as possible.

Feedback

If you’re unable to provide your feedback when it’s due, please don’t worry. We will not be sending out any feedback reminders in the near future, though obviously, if you can send in your feedback as usual, then please do.
