Saturday 29th October saw the fourth annual Halloween Spooktacular and Halloween Lockdown, which together raised over an incredible £13,000 for Forever Manchester.

Once again, Andrew Trott-Barn and his Mirror Ball team put on a night to be remembered.

Spine-chilling glamour was brought to Old Granada Studios where the party went on into the wee hours of the morning. We’re sure there were a lot of sore heads the next day!

The winner of best dressed on the night was this spooky duo:

The Halloween Spooktacular has, like its big sister The Mirror Ball, cemented its place into Manchester’s social calendar with soap stars such as Faye Brookes (Coronation Street) and Chelsee Healey (Former Waterloo Road actress and Hollyoaks newcomer) in attendance of Barn//it hair guru Andrew’s Halloween Spooktacular.

A huge thank you goes to headline sponsors ANS Group, Synk Events, whose lighting and rigging created a great atmosphere on the night, Havas Lynx who sponsored the photobooth and Escapade for sponsoring the bar.

In the bowels of the same venue, eight brave Manchester personalities faced the ghosts and ghouls in the Halloween Lockdown – where their only way out was to raise as much money as they could for Forever Manchester.

This year’s winner was ANS Group’s Scott Fletcher, who raised over an amazing £2,600. Following him was Andrew Trott-Barn, then Tom New, Faye Brookes, Aaron and Michelle of Platnum, with Xander Cooper and Captain Manchester facing the last spooky half hour alone.

Each of the contestants were then invited over to the Halloween Spooktacular to celebrate their freedom.

If you were there on the night, head over to The Mirror Ball’s Facebook page to have a look at photos taken by photographer Carl Sukonik (The Vain Photography), who once again captured the night brilliantly.

Huge thank you to everyone who attended on the night!
