Auto Trader has donated a car to help Forever Manchester expand our support of community activity across Greater Manchester.
The Forever Manchester branded car is already out on the streets of Greater Manchester as we thank Auto Trader for their continued support. This allows our Community Builders to continue their work with communities in Greater Manchester.
A fundamental part of our approach to working in communities is to identity, connect and showcase the people, community groups, organisations and physical spaces that exist in an area. By discovering what interests and passions people have, we work closely with residents to turn their great ideas into a reality, helping to make a real difference to the lives of others in the local community.
A supporter of ours for almost a decade, Auto Trader has provided an incredible amount of support for community groups within Greater Manchester. Their named fund has been running since 2016 and has provided a whopping £447,439 of funding, allowing community groups to continue their positive impact to their local area.
Over the years, as well as donating a considerable amount of money, Auto Trader has also sponsored some of our key events, encouraged their employees to fundraise, and even held Christmas parties in their onsite restaurant for local community projects.
