Manchester based artist Amy Coney is now selling a limited edition fine art print of her signed original acrylic on canvas painting.

Her painting featuring the words of poet Tony Walsh’s ‘This is the Place’ was created following the Manchester Arena Attack on 22nd May 2017.

Since its original creation Amy has travelled all over and gained the support of numerous icons and musicians who kindly signed the painting to aid its fundraising.

What isn’t always known about this now famous poem is that back in 2012, Forever Manchester commissioned local poet Tony Walsh (aka Longfella) to create a poem to encapsulate the spirit of Greater Manchester, to celebrate our local communities and help explain what Forever Manchester does.
