We want to say a huge thank you to our Business Supporters who took part in the August Accumulator challenge.
Back in August we handed three of our Business Supporters a crisp £50 note each, with the challenge to find ways of increasing it over the upcoming month. Competing against each other were Acdoco, Schroder’s Personal Wealth and Seventy 7.
Encouraged to be as creative as possible, the August Accumulator challenge provided a fun, creative and competitive way for the businesses and their employees to support Forever Manchester and raise money to fund and support community activity across Greater Manchester.
Seventy 7 got stuck in with brainstorming straight away, getting everyone to put their thinking caps on, including office dog Bentley who took his role very seriously. This resulted in an office Summer Fayre with lots of classic games such as ‘Name the Teddy’ and ‘Guess how many sweets in the jar?’. They also hosted a big raffle with lots of excellent prizes up for grabs from local businesses and brands.
Schroder’s Personal Wealth used their £50 to host lots of different activities, including a bake sale which is always a crowd pleaser, and an office raffle. Some of the team also took on the incredible challenge of climbing Snowdon, the UK’s second highest peak!
Acdoco had lots of fun hosting their fundraising activities too, which included a Make-up Masterclass, Charity Bingo and a Charity Car Wash. Excellent ideas to get everyone involved and get the office together.
