30 Artists Give It Up for Forever Manchester

Looking for some wall inspo? Or a creative Christmas gift? Look no further as 30 Artists Give It Up for Forever Manchester.

This fundraising initiative has been curated by Forever Manchester Ambassador Trevor Johnson, with 30 artists from across Greater Manchester each donating a piece for auction. The pieces cover a range of creative disciplines from art and typography to photography and illustration, resulting in an eclectic range showcasing some of the region’s finest established and new talent.

Trevor, who has delivered this project within his role as Design Director at Havas Lynx, is himself one of the region’s most respected creatives. With five decades of experience from his work with Factory Records, to his role in branding so much of Manchester, it is fabulous to see a piece of Trevor’s own work donated for the auction.

Other auction highlights include an original cow art piece from Clint Boon, a Paul Husband portrait of Madchester favourites Bez and Rowetta signed by the artists, and a hand drawn original piece from Manchester’s favourite anonymous artist, Mancsy. The auction will run from 12 noon on Friday 20th November to 9pm on Friday 4th December. A covid-friendly window exhibition of the pieces will also be on display for the same period on Deansgate at The Great Northern.
