Local Heroes is a partnership between Forever Manchester and The Manc Group, celebrating the people who make our communities brighter, better and more connected.

They’re the ones who quietly make a difference, the doers who lift others up and bring people together.

Maybe they:

• Run a local group or community project
• Feed the homeless or cook for the elderly
• Support young people
• Simply go the extra mile to help their neighbours
