Job Title Events and Philanthropy Development Officer Responsible to Director of Philanthropy Hours of work 35 hours per week Location Central Manchester (hybrid working available with a minimum of 2 days in the office) Salary £22,000 – £28,000 per annum, dependent upon experience Overview of the Role The Philanthropy Development team at Forever Manchester look after everything from marketing, PR, events, new business development, customer relationship management and fundraising to bid and proposal writing, closing sales and signing contracts. They also get involved in project delivery with things like market research, user requirements, and report writing. So there will be plenty of variety to the role! The Events and Philanthropy Development Officer (EPDO) will be responsible for managing and delivering an annual calendar of events as well as working with the Director of Philanthropy to create new business acquisition and retention strategies to increase the charities revenue.
