De Butterfly provide free culturally sensitive and appropriate support for BAME women, young people and their families.
Based in Manchester and Rochdale, with a hub in Stockport, De Butterfly provides support for those with mental, emotional and physical challenges.
The group also facilitate emotional well-being seminars and workshops alongside providing Arts and Crafts activities and various therapy sessions incorporating Dance, Music and Community events.
Group members are mainly those of African heritage who have settled in the UK under refugee status. The group is always keen to involve all local residents and encourages a mixing of communities to promote the acceptance and appreciation of different cultures.

The ability of local community groups and organisations to best help people in their community remains dependant on maintaining support for them.
