The Bolton Deaf Social Club was established in 1973 to provide opportunities for people who are Deaf and Hard of Hearing to enhance their quality of life and independence.

Regular activities for adults include dominoes, chess, darts, pool and bowling, and they regularly arrange games against other deaf clubs in Greater Manchester. This provides opportunities to meet, socialise and make new friends with people from the deaf community living in other areas of Greater Manchester.

Bolton Deaf Social Club has welcomed visitors from the North West Deaf Sport Council, Communic8te Bury, Walthew House for Deaf (Stockport), Manchester Deaf Centre and Oldham Deaf Social Club for social engagement and fun activities.

It is always worth remembering that, if you support Forever Manchester, you support all this.

The ability of local community groups and organisations to best help people in their community remains dependant on maintaining support for them.
