Our Organisation

Our small but mighty team of people work hard to ensure that our donors and our communities receive as much help and support as we can give. 

We use generous donations to fund community groups, individuals, projects and initiatives across the whole of Greater Manchester and pride ourselves on having the knowledge and expertise to allocate your money where it’s needed most.

Our Operations team manages the entire grant process from start to finish, from the initial application to distributing grants and monitoring where the money has been spent.  The friendly team provides support and advice to groups wanting to apply for funding.

Our Business Development team works hard to secure funding for our communities and will ensure that donors are kept informed of where their money has helped to make a difference.  The team work to promote the charity, organise fundraising events and co-ordinate our army of volunteers.

Our Community Building team works right in the heart of Greater Manchester's communities, getting to know local people and helping them to turn their initial ideas into real life projects that have a great impact on the community.
