Welcome to our Community Building page.  Here you'll find more information on our innovative and pioneering approach to working with local communities.

Instead of identifying what a neighbourhood lacks and looking at the needs and deficiencies of a community, Forever Manchester is using the Asset Based Community Development approach, which identifies the strengths and skills that are already present in our neighbourhoods and uses these resources to really make a lasting change.

We want to help local people to use what they already have to get what they want, before asking anybody else.  This is Manchester, we do things differently around here.  This is charity the Mancunian Way!
