Sally Penni to Speak at Forever Manchester Women

We are pleased to announce one of our excellent speakers for the next Forever Manchester Women, taking place on Wednesday 17th January, kindly sponsored by Slater and Gordon and held at Dukes 92 Bar and Restaurant.

FM Women comprises of networking with like-minded ladies from across the region, followed by two speeches from two inspiring local women.

Sally Penni – Multi-Award Winning Barrister at Law & Non-Exec Director

Sally is an experienced barrister based at Kenworthy’s Chambers in Manchester. As well as being a busy barrister Sally is also a champion of equality and diversity across a wide range of sectors and interest groups.

She is a Founder of Women in the Law UK, pursuing the interests of women in the profession, and is a Champion of Helena Morrissey’s 30% Club encouraging a 30% attainment of women on boards across the UK. As well as all of this Sally is heavily involved in community initiatives such as the Greater Manchester Law Centre and is a Trustee of the Royal Exchange Theatre Company and is a busy mum of three young children.

Sally will join us to speak about her various roles and in particular about how she helps to inspire women in their own field to thrive and prosper.
