Connectors - Community Librarians

Everyone has a Story, a collection of life experiences, lessons learned and skills to teach which make them unique and that also make them useful to someone else and the community at large.  Stories can be entertaining and educational, Skills can be taught and shared like a living how to guide.  In this way we can view individuals as collections of unique tales, instruction manuals and text books. 

So if the people are the books the community could be seen as the library.  A home for a wealth of information useful to everyone who cares to have a good enough look and find what they are looking for.  Some titles are obvious and formed already into like minded and similar clusters or groups, others need more time and energy to unearth.  A long forgotten tale at the back of a shelf that if found could provide joy and education to many.

Connectors are the Librarians and like good librarians know where to find exactly what you are looking for; they know all the stories and can suggest titles that suit the requirements of the reader.  More importantly they are unafraid to search out the long forgotten and obscure titles looking beyond the obvious to find the hidden gems and give them the light and chance to share what they were made for.
