Sandy began her career at the British Amateur Gymnastics Association and her first PR role was as PR Manager for the world-famous Aga cooker.
She moved to consultancy at the same time as she moved to Manchester and, during her 20 year consultancy career, Sandy has promoted and protected some of the world’s leading brands.
Sandy launched Tangerine in 2002 – which now has 60+ consultants, supporting world leading brands such as Peugeot, Reebok and Pizza Hut. And, to fill an industry skills gap and create much needed career openings for young people, she launched The Juice Academy social media apprenticeship in 2013, which has placed more than 100 young people in leading businesses across the North West.
Sandy is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing and a national Ambassador for Apprenticeships.
Forever Manchester Women is an event for the women of Greater Manchester to come together and feel supported and inspired. After the success of our previous two events, we are pleased to announce that the next event, kindly sponsored by KPMG, is taking place on Wednesday 7th October 5pm-7pm at KPMG’s new offices in St. Peter’s Square, Manchester.
Tickets for this event are priced at £15, which includes a welcome drink and canapes. Both of our previous FM Women events have sold out so be sure to bag your ticket early via the booking form below!
We’ll also be doing a raffle on the evening, which will raise money to help us to support female-led community projects across Greater Manchester.
