It’s Beginning to Look a lot Like Christmas

December 17, 2015

It’s that time of year again; advent calendars, Black Fridays, Christmas lights, mulled wine – it’s all looking very festive.

It’s a time of generosity and goodwill and a time for reflection over the past twelve months. It’s time to recognise the goodwill and ongoing support of our Corporate Partners and individual supporters. We couldn’t do what we do without you!

During the past twelve months we’ve met with dozens of businesses and individuals across the ten boroughs of Greater Manchester and we are constantly amazed at their generosity and the support they give us to enable us to continue to help improve the lives and communities of our region.

It doesn’t seem to matter how large or small an organisation is; it’s the individuals within these organisations who get involved in fundraising activity like, baking cakes, running marathons, abseiling down Manchester buildings or donating their hard earned cash and we’re really grateful for this support in whatever form it comes.

So we’d like to put it on record just how much we appreciate all you’re doing. If you’re reading this and haven’t yet been able to give us your support yet, we can help you get involved whether in fundraising activities, donations or a combination of both. We have readymade programmes that you can take part in that are fun to do, while raising valuable money for community projects at the same time. We can identify community projects and groups of people who all have bright ideas on how to improve things, they just need a little bit of money to help them kick start these projects.

A massive thanks for all your efforts and have a happy and healthy Christmas – we look forward to working with you again in the New Year.
