How You Can Help

There are loads of ways that you can get involved and help to make a real difference to communities across Greater Manchester.

Take a look at the different ways to get involved below. There’s something for everyone, whether an individual wanting to make a difference or a business.

  • There are loads of ways to donate money to Forever Manchester. You can make a one-off donation, set up a regular direct debit, fundraise for us or simply sponsor someone else’s fundraising event. Could allow people with learning difficulties to experience social events or occasions we all take for granted

Could pay for youth club or child care places for 20 people from disadvantaged communities

Could support a day trip or health and well-being activities for the isolated or vulnerable

Could provide equipment or materials for locally led volunteer projects that steer young people away from a life of drugs, crime and gang membership

Could pay for a free counselling, advice and support session by self help groups, for 40 people with mental health or health related issues

Could support up and coming comedians or performers from underprivileged backgrounds to make it onto the circuit

Could help to break the cycle of inactivity and disinterest amongst young people by offering training and opportunities to gain employment for 20 youngsters
